Coaching built around one player. An evaluation, a custom development program, four coached sessions a month, and the gym access to do the work between them.
A good trainer gives a player accountability, teaching, and insight. But what actually moves an athlete is what they do on the days they aren't with a trainer — so we write them a program, using YourStats, and track their progress.
Every player starts with an evaluation. We need to know exactly where your athlete is before we write a single thing.
Their trainer builds a program around what your athlete actually needs — not a template, and not whatever the player next to them is doing.
Four coached sessions a month working that program. Part of every session is teaching the concepts and drills they'll work on their own that week — your athlete leaves knowing exactly what to do.
Week by week the trainer adjusts the program and re-tests to verify the growth is real. Everything is tracked in YourStats, so nobody is guessing.
As a bonus, players also get 24/7 gym access, every group training we run, and shot feedback — use one of your four sessions as a shooting session, then send film any time and we'll break down your shot.
For full shot development, see our 90 Day Shot Program.
What separates our training from other programs is that every trainer you work with has eyes on your goals and development. We built our own software, called YourStats, to coordinate your athlete's training across different coaches and maximize their growth.
Your lead trainer is your director of player development. They monitor and oversee your growth, and coordinate with every one of your trainers to make sure you're moving forward.
You'll work with multiple coaches through this process, always under the coordination of your lead. Every coach will know your goals, your areas of focus, your assigned workouts, and your current evaluations.
A tool we built to help lead trainers oversee the training and development of our elite players. It's how we make sure that whoever your athlete is working with, they're always on point and moving toward their goals.

The full system — an evaluation, a custom program, four coached sessions, and the gym access to do the work between them.
Month to month. Cancel any time.
One-on-one training by the hour, no membership required. A good way to see how we coach before committing to anything.
The custom program, film feedback, gym access, and group training are membership benefits. Members also train at a significantly lower rate.
Everything in Private Training is included — plus in-person shooting work, private and group, built around a complete rebuild of your athlete's shot. Where Private Training gives you one shooting session a month and film in between, this is multiple sessions a week over 90 days. Limited spots, and every athlete starts with a conversation.
We work with players across elementary, junior high, and high school. Sessions are built around the individual player, so the age matters a lot less than where they are in their development.
Not at all. One-on-one is the best possible place to start — there's nowhere to hide and nothing to keep up with. The plan meets them exactly where they are.
Sessions alone are a couple of hours a month. The membership adds the part that actually compounds: a custom program your athlete works all week, adjusted and re-tested as they go, plus film feedback on their shot whenever they send video, group reps, and gym access.
Yes — members can add sessions at a member rate that's well below what non-members pay. Ask us and we'll walk you through it.
Private Training is basketball. Soccer and volleyball programming launches at Training Zone in October 2026.
Book a free evaluation. It takes about fifteen minutes — your athlete works, we tell you what we see in their game, and we talk about whether the membership makes sense. No pressure either way.
Fifteen minutes. We watch your athlete work, tell you exactly what we see, and you decide from there. Free, no strings.
